Need a repair?

Before you ring us about a repair, please look up the problem in your repairs book to see what details we need to know. By giving us as much information as you can, you can help us get your repair problem fixed quickly. You can use the menu at the side of the repair book Web page to find the page that will help you.

The Westlea Repairs Helpline is on 01249 466100.

When you contact us, staff will ask you when someone can be at home to allow the repair worker in and to be in the home while the repair is carried out. At that time, please let them know if you are hard of hearing or may have difficulty getting to the door when someone calls.

You can also contact us with the necessary information using the online form here.

Out-of-hours responsive repairs

If you have problems arranging for repair work to be carried out or hate taking time off work to allow us access to carry out small repairs, you’ll be interested in this new service we are trying out in Chippenham.

We are offering an out-of-hours service on a Wednesday evening for small plumbing and carpentry jobs. There will be four appointments available each Wednesday (from 4:30pm up to 7pm) for both plumbing and carpentry and these will be limited on a first come first served basis. “Some residents have told us that they find it difficult to take time off work to allow us to carry out minor repairs”, says Simon Watson, Customer Repairs Manager. “We have limited this trial to the Chippenham customers to see how popular this service is, and may roll it out to the rest of our customers later in the year if it proves successful.” For more information on this service or to make an appointment please ring the Westlea Repairs Helpline on 01249 466100.
